Do you ever need just a little chocolate something? Bigger than a bite but smaller than a whole cupcake?
Not too big. Not too small. These little brownie cups are just right.
And — oh — are they good.
Chocolate brownie married with nutty Nutella, solid on the outside and soft in the center — these are heaven. And they look so cute in their little cupcake wrappers. These are the perfect thing to serve when you need something decadent and homemade but are short on time and ingredients.
Who knew five simple things could jump in a bowl together, hop in the oven, and come out this amazing?
p.s. These should be a little gooey in the center. It makes me drool just thinking about how good these are!
Ingredients
1 cup Nutella (about 10 ounces)
2 eggs
1/2 cup plus 2 tbsp flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 and line a 12-cup muffin pan with cupcake liners.
In a medium bowl, mix together the Nutella, eggs, flour and salt until combined. Divide the batter evenly between the cups, about 2 tablespoons in each. (Cups should be slightly less than half full.) Sprinkle each brownie cup with a few chocolate chips.
Bake for 12 minutes. Cups may appear slightly underbaked, but you want the centers to be soft and gooey.
Makes 12 cups.
