Mwah ha ha ha…that’s the sound of me laughing as my kids devoured this smoothie filled with green things. I’m not normally a health food blogger (in fact, all the butter and sugar in my fridge just openly winced as I typed that), but when I ran across this recipe, I jumped at the chance to get put spinach, grapes and kiwi into my kids’ tummies. My little leprechauns L-O-V-E-D it!
And yes, I totally put whipped cream on top of this smoothie. That’s why I’m not a health food blogger.
Ingredients
1 banana, sliced and frozen
1 cup frozen green grapes
1 peeled kiwi, sliced
1 cup washed baby spinach (don't pack it down)
8 ounces lime yogurt
1/4 cup limeade
Instructions
Dump everything into the blender and process until smooth.
Makes 2 smoothies.
