10 Delicious Ways To Use Leftover Halloween Candy!

Happy Halloween! Aren’t my little trick-or-treaters adorable? I get so excited as the kids paw through their candy after trick-or-treating. Our rule is that they can have one piece per day — though they typically start forgetting after about 10-14 days. So after the candy is forgotten, I’m left with a pile of booty to experiment with. I’m one of those folks that does not like to waste, so naturally there is something I can make with all the leftover candy.

Here’s a list I’ve compiled over the years…some tried and true favorites and some new ones too. Feel free to add your “use up the candy” recipes in the comments section.

Outrageous Oreo Crunch Brownies
Maybe it’s a midwest thing, but those snack size packages of Oreos are everywhere! This brownie is the perfect “house” for the orange mini-cookies!


Nutter Butterfinger Bars
Let me be clear about my love for Butterfingers: it’s a miracle that these bars have ever been made. I eat Butterfingers like I drink water…a lot. It’s rare there are enough leftover to make these gems, but they’re worth it.
